Random Thoughts in Simple Lines
Sometimes, it’s just so frustrating to think about writing and then having to worry about it being good. The thought and direction of what I want to write sometimes gets lost in the attempt at beauty in the words. I’ve never been one to have a stunning message to deliver in most (maybe all?) of my posts. What I write is good (if it is) primarily because of the way I write it.
But what’s wrong with that? ‘A Tale of Two Cities’ is one of my favourite books to read, and there are 2 passages that stand out in my memory, mostly because of the magic that Dickens has created with those words. I won’t tell you which ones of course, because I’d rather you learn to appreciate things by yourself, rather than I tell you what to appreciate or how to appreciate it.
Wow thats very deep
There should be nothing wrong with writing the way you feel like it. And yes, trying to make something beautiful (with words) while still holding the same feeling to the words is hard to do. I believe that your post (quite a few of ‘em) actually do that.
So cheers!
Lol I know exactly how you feel. I mean my vocabulary and sentences get all fucked when I blog because I’m so conscious with it.
Are you always content with how your posts end up, then?
hmm…i know what you’re talkin about…do suffer from it at times, that what i’m tryin to coney gets lost in the language…but hey, who said there’s a rule that you have to use fancy words/ sentences etc. if you wanna reach out…i think it can be done without language constraints etc.
idiot, you shouldn’t have made me read this, now i wanna read The Tale of Two Cities over again, and i really shouldn’t coz i’m supposed to be reading idiotic signal analysis and transform techniques…..
ARGH!!
I love myself
